We provide technical assistance to customers that have already purchased our products, or potential buyers that have pre-sale questions. To make this process faster and more effective, we kindly ask you to read the information and follow the instructions provided below. We want you to have the best experience with Axiomthemes.
All pre-sale inquires should be addressed via themes’ forum.
After acquiring the items, you get access to our support system ( ) where you are welcome to create a ticket for our experts to look into. We will be happy to help with minor technical issues, answer your questions and suggest possible solutions.
Axiomthemes will not provide Installation and Customization assistance, as well as take responsibility for 3rd party plugins and other software.
Please note that we request your purchase code (key) to be included in every ticket. In this way we will be able to verify your information and proceed with resolving the issue immediately. The purchase code can be located in “Downloads” tab in your account. First you need to find the theme in the list of all items, then hit “download” and select “License Certificate and Purchase Code” in the drop down menu.
It normally takes 5-10 hours to reply to your requests, but sometimes we ask for additional time to analyze some extraordinary cases.

Before posting your questions, please read the documentation file which comes with every product you purchase on ThemeForest and do not forget to make a search on the forum,
